I am so grateful for my experience with William. He gave me the peace of mind I needed! I wish I would have called sooner. I would have saved time, money and a ton of anxiety!! He welcomed us into his home and told us everyting would be ok. He also showed us the proper steps to preventing lice in the furture. I was so leary about putting those pesticides on my child's head again. They did not seem to work and do not remove the nits anyway. Going through strand by strand I knew he would not miss anything!
